Why this supports your day
Black beans are a rich plant-based source of protein and soluble fiber, which may help support steady blood sugar levels and digestive health as part of a varied diet. Brown rice provides slow-release carbohydrates, and avocado contributes healthy monounsaturated fats — together creating a satisfying, balanced meal.
